Hostalot Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Hostalot services and digital products. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If there’s a conflict, the Terms of Service control.


1. Hosting

If your hosting plan includes a money-back guarantee, the exact refund window and eligibility will be shown at checkout or in your plan details.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Refunds may not apply to:

  • Setup fees
  • Migrations or custom work
  • Add-ons
  • Third-party services
  • Accounts suspended for abuse or policy violations

If you cancel after your refund window (if offered), your service will typically remain active until the end of your current billing period.


2. Domains

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and related fees are generally non-refundable.
This is because domain costs are paid to third-party registrars and registries, and those charges are typically irreversible.


3. Online Courses & Digital Downloads

Because digital products are delivered instantly:

Courses, templates, and downloads are generally non-refundable once:

  • Access is granted, or
  • A download becomes available,

except where required by law or explicitly stated on the product page.


4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed:

  • Your services and related access may be suspended immediately.
  • We may require payment resolution before restoring access.
  • Repeated or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.

5. How to Request Billing Help

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us:
